Novak Djokovic honored longstanding fitness coach Marco Panichi for his years of devotion on Tuesday, marking the conclusion of a collaboration that began in 2017.
“What incredible years of partnership we’ve enjoyed. We climbed the pinnacle, won titles, and smashed records. But most of all, I’ve cherished our most ‘regular’ days of training both inside and outside the gym,” Djokovic posted on social media. “(Thank you) for all the energy, effort, and time you put into making me the greatest player and person I could be. “Much love.” Also read: Tomas Machac Becomes The Third Czech To Defeat Andrey Rublev In The Last 30 Days with A Win In Miami
