Facundo Bagnis Reached QFs after defeating Roberto Baena

Facundo Bagnis, world no. 207, has defeated the Spanish tennis player Roberto Carballes Baena, who is ranked 65th in the official ATP rankings.

At the Cordoba Open in Argentina, qualifier Facundo defeated 7th seed Roberto in a challenging match of two sets. The iconic match lasted for a duration of 2 hours and 32 minutes. This ATP tour has been a dream run for the experienced Argentine.

In the qualifying rounds of the Cordoba Open, the Argentine tennis player defeated Santiago Rodriguez Taverna and Thiago Agustin Tirante in two sets each. This tour is expected to be the best tennis competition in Bagnis’s career. Apart from this, Juan Manuel Cerundolo faced the veteran in the Round of 32 and lost with a score of 6-4 and 6-2.

The Argentine defeated Roberto Carballes Baena with a score of 7-6 and 6-4 in the round of 16. He will be facing Spanish tennis player Jaume Munar who is currently ranked 74th in the official ATP rankings as of now.
