Two-time Australian Open champion Rafael Nadal has made a major announcement regarding his tennis career. According to recent reports, Nadal is set to make a comeback at the Australian Open in 2024. Unsurprisingly, the tennis community was ecstatic to hear Tiley’s news, with fans anxious to witness one of the game’s most well-known champions play again in what would be his final season. Others, on the other hand, weren’t nearly as impressed by the information and stated that a lot may occur between now and January to keep the Spaniard from visiting Melbourne Park once more.
Rafael Nadal, a two-time winner of the Australian Open, will return to Melbourne Park in January in an effort to add to his already impressive collection of medals.
“He’s been off for most of the year, and in talking to him over the last few days he confirmed he will be back, which we’re really excited about. That’s awesome. “And we know Nick’s (Kyrgios) been in training so we expect to see him back.” Tiley later expanded when speaking at the Australian Open launch in Melbourne. “He’s not going to come into the event unless he thinks he can win it,” Tiley said of Nadal. “He’s not going to just show up to play, he’s going to show up to win.
